As of January 23, 2023, all travelers entering Cuba must submit the digital form obtained through the D’VIAJEROS site.

This form is available in several languages and must be filled out 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival, resulting in a QR code to be presented digitally or printed, in order to facilitate transit through customs.

It is mandatory for each passenger to truthfully complete the information provided to the Directorate of Identification, Immigration and Foreigners, the General Customs of the Republic and the Ministry of Public Health.
