Payment Conditions

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS. The requests for reservations, insofar we are able to respond, within 24 working hours after being received, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Once reservation is confirmed, it can be paid by Credit card, wire transfer or bank draft.
Payments must be received prior to the arrival date of costumer. When payment is made, Agency shall send an electronic voucher. This voucher should be shown for receiving the service. Whenever final payment covering contractual services has not been credited to All Ways Travel account, customer should abandon all claims, in case of All Ways Travel takes as option to not provide or cancel offered services. The Contract signed between All Ways Travel and customer should guarantee groups including more than 10 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY. The total amount paid for, only can be reimbursed when cancellation is done 60 working days before arrival date of customer. Once a service is paid and confirmed, a penalty of 30% should be paid when cancellations are received between 59 and 30 working days prior to arrival date of customer. A penalty of 50% shall be charged when cancellations are communicated between 29 and 7 working days before arrival of customer. Cancellations are considered No-Show, when they are advised with less than 7 working days to arrival.

CHANGES. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, hotel and/or confirmed contractual services of this reservation will be subjected to surcharges and penalties following the corresponding clauses of the Contract signed between All Ways Travel and the customer.

NO-SHOW POLICY. One hundred percent of all confirmed services shall be charged according the prices agreed between All Ways Travel and Customer. Additional penalties will be paid, in case of groups, for confirmed services
